Our Mission
Staying in Minnesota over the past two decades I have
never come across any authentic Jamaican Cuisine that reminds me of home. Being from the island there is a distinct uniqueness in our food that cannot be recreated. I’ve always had a passion for cooking and always received amazing responses from others partaking in my food. It brings me great pleasure to be able to take this experience on
wheels and see people exude joy with just one bite of our Jamaican Cuisine realness.

Origin Story
I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica and have been
around the culture and cuisine for over half my life.
For a long time I have always dreamed of having my own food truck and being able to do what I’m doing now. However it started off as just a dream and for a while I didn’t have the time or resources to make this dream a reality. I struggled for years with getting things right and inevitably placed my dream on the back burner. Going through life I ended up having three beautiful daughters and wanted to leave them with the inspiration that anything you set your mind to is possible. So in 2021 I was finally able to get my amazing food truck and establish my business !
